Come and Visit The Friends of Petrie Island’s Wildflower Garden!

Enjoy a leisurely stroll along Turtle Trail and through the wildflower garden and learn about both native and naturalized wild flowers. Throughout the seasons, flowering flora (plants and shrubs) are marked with informational signage that provides details on the species and its ecological, medicinal and edible properties. You can even learn about some aquatic plants and various trees.

Visitors can enjoy a self-guided tour or join a Nature Walk scheduled during the warmer months.
